有洗烘一體的洗衣機，微波爐，烤箱，洗碗機，適合一家大小自己煮飯的，但週日不來清理垃圾，兩天的生活垃圾加上廚餘垃圾，堆積成山，離chatswood地鐵站很近，走路5-10mins。但被套真的不行！詳細看我另一條評論

This was our 2nd time staying in Silkari suites. We got an upgrade which was super awesome ! The room was huge ! The staff were so nice, and friendly. The room was clean and well looked after. Will definitely stay again.

第4次入住該酒店。地理位置優越，早上的免費咖啡和前台工作人員一如既往地都很好。衞生工作也令人滿意，退房時押的200刀現金也很快就拿到了。 唯一不太理想的是電梯，當中那個始終在維修中，上次住時也在修，高峰期間人多擁擠不方便。

The check out time should be10am and I still had my belongings inside the room, I came back at 9:50am to take them back, but the cleaning lady already took them all as rubbish! Luckily, I came back in the last moment to avoid something bad happened. The cleaning lady told me that the computer system showed that I was checked out for already, but, first of all, I didn't, also, 2 room cards still on my hand, OK? Is it possible for this?

封閉窗，很悶，入住時強製收取按金，100澳元，我問他我離開酒店會退還給我嗎？他説會退還，結果退房時不退還按金，**嗎？他説要凍結五天。難道我還要到銀行查帳。最氣憤的是凌晨五點，房間警報巨響🏀，還有巨大的廣播聲嚇**。我不輕易寫差評，但這家酒店傷害了我，我感到無比氣憤。該死的酒店。我第一次罵粗話。在正現的網站上。

Excellent location close to metro and train. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Room size is excellent with nice layouts and service is excelletnt as well. Offer a nice free coffee bar in the moning at the lobby. The only draw back we found is the washing/dryer machine in our unit is very dirty. Plus the program to wash and dry takes over 4 hours which is way longer than it should be.
